Seniors Source Inc. (a.k.a. Seniors Medsource Inc.) is an affiliate of Chester Pharmacy. Chester Pharmacy is dully licensed with The College of Pharmacists of British Columbia, #200-1765 West 8th Ave.Vancouver, B.C. Canada V6J 5C6. As an affiliate, Seniors Source Inc. (SSI) maintains the highest professional standards regarding the confidentiality of customer information. Chester Pharmacy will not release or otherwise share any prescription, personal, medical or financial information with anyone other than the reviewing Canadian physician, the customer or the U.S. physician who prescribed the medication. Seniors Source Inc. performs only an administrative review of materials and keeps on file only the type of prescription drug, dosage and quantity as well as name, address etc. Except for this information, Seniors Source Inc. does not keep any medical or prescription information.

Seniors Source Inc. (a.k.a. Seniors Medsource Inc.) provides administrative and marketing services for its affiliated Canadian pharmacy, Chester Pharmacy. In addition to it's retail pharmacy business in British Columbia, Canada, the affiliated Chester Pharmacy is engaged in filling prescriptions written by U.S. physicians for individuals living in the United States, after review by a licensed Canadian physician. Participating customers acknowledge and agree that Seniors Source Inc. (a.k.a. Seniors Medsource Inc.) does not provide any medical, clinical, pharmacy or dispensing services and that Seniors Source Inc. has no liability with respect to the appropriateness, suitability, strength or dosages of the medications prescribed or dispensed, including but not limited to, any dispensing errors, side effects or ill effects of whatever kind or nature.

Participating customers also acknowledge and agree that they are not relying on Seniors Source Inc. with respect to the dispensing of the medications prescribed, and acknowledge that Seniors Source Inc. provides only information on ordering, and billing, and monitors shipping. Any disputes regarding the dispensing, or other matters related to the processing and filling of the prescription shall be between the customer and the Canadian pharmacy whose name and address appears on the prescription. If you use our services, it is presumed that you have read and fully understand the foregoing information.
