In our Seniors Source Center, we complete an administrative review to ensure all required information has been provided.

After the administrative review, we either send the information to our affiliated pharmacy, Chester Pharmacy, if the information is incomplete, we contact you to obtain the required information. Our job is to help you with the paperwork so your order can be filled by the Chester Pharmacy quickly and effectively.

Chester Pharmacy will review the information provided on our Pharmacy Order Form and will facilitate or arrange to have the order form and your prescription reviewed by a licensed Canadian physician. If everything is in order, the Canadian physician will issue a Canadian prescription for you or simply co-sign the prescription from your U.S. physician.

Chester Pharmacy will then fill your prescription using factory packaged and sealed prescription drugs, unless otherwise indicated by you, and ship it to you by Express Canada Post from Canada to your local U.S. Post office for delivery. Chester Pharmacy will charge your credit card for the prescription drugs despensed. The Chester Pharmacy charge receipt will indicate the Canadian dollars exchange rate plus $12.95 for shipping, for the equivilent to the U.S. dollars rate total quoted by Seniors Source Inc. The U.S. charged will be reflected in you charge card statement. The pharmacy will ship up to five prescriptions per package. There are no other charges.

Your prescription will be filled as written using factory packaged and sealed prescription drugs only, unless you indicate permission to ship child-proof containers. The Canadian Physician
A Canadian physician reviews the information on your Pharmacy Order Form provided by Seniors Source Inc., and if everything is acceptable with the prescription issued by your licensed U.S. physician and information on the order form, the Canadian physician co-signs the prescription or issues a Canadian prescription. This prescription is then given to Chester Pharmacy to despense.

Chester Pharmacy
Chester Pharmacy located in British Columbia, Canada, and is duly licensed by the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia. The pharmacy license is 12983. The pharmacy manager is Robert Lee and his pharmacist number is 07162. If you wish, you can contact the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia at www.bcpharmacists.org or phone 604-733-2440.

Generic Drugs
If you would like a generic substitute for a brand name drug, and your doctor has indicated approval on your prescription, please put YES in the column for generic drugs on the Pharmacy Order Form. Chester Pharmacy will substitute U.S. approved generic drugs for brand name drugs if available unless your prescription says that no substitutions are allowed. If you don't want any generic drug substitutions, please put NO in the column for generic drugs on the Pharmacy Order Form.

Shipping
There is a shipping charge of $12.95 U.S. per package. The Pharmacy ships up to five prescriptions per package.

Limitations
All prescriptions are limited to a maximum ninety (90) day supply.
The Canadian pharmacy will NOT fill prescriptions for narcotics or other controlled substances.

This list does not cover all of the available products or packaged sizes. Please call and ask about your drug product. This Canadian prescription drug list is updated as required to ensure that it has current prices. However, please note that prices are subject to change.

Billing by Chester Pharmacy
When your prescription drug order is placed, your credit card will be billed. It is important to note that the credit charge slip that accompanies your shipped prescription package will be in Canadian dollars, at the U.S. exchange rate conversion.

Payment
To provide inexpensive prescription drugs, we try to provide service in the most cost effective way for the most people. We prefer payment options of credit card: Visa or MasterCard. Please contact Seniors Source Inc. for alternate payment, such as check.

U.S. Customs and the U. S. Food and Drug Administration

Prescriptions filled in Canada and brought into the United States are subject to importation rules and regulations established by the United States Customs and the United States Food & Drug Administration. (SSI) maintains the highest professional standards regarding the confidentiality of customer information. Chester Pharmacy will not release or otherwise share any prescription, personal, medical or financial information with anyone other than the reviewing Canadian physician, the customer or the U.S. physician who prescribed the medication. Seniors Source Inc. performs only an administrative review of materials and keeps on file only the type of prescription drug, dosage and quantity as well as name, address etc. Except for this information, Seniors Source Inc. does not keep any medical or prescription information.

Disclaimer
