How to Order Discount Prescription Drugs

You need to provide 3 items:

1. A photocopy or faxed copy of the prescription issued by a doctor licensed to practice medicine in the U.S.

2. The completed and signed Pharmacy Order Form.

3. The signed Limited Power of Attorney and Release Form.

Complete these forms. Please remember to sign in the areas for signature.

At our Discount Prescription Drug Center, we complete an administrative review to ensure all required information has been provided.

After the administrative review, we either send the information to our affiliated Canadian pharmacy or, if the information is incomplete, we will call you to obtain the required information. Our job is to help you with the paperwork so your order can be filled by the Canadian pharmacy quickly and effectively.

Our affiliated Canadian pharmacy will review the information provided on your order form and will have the order form and your prescription reviewed by a licensed Canadian physician. If everything is in order, the Canadian physician will issue a Canadian prescription for you or simply co-sign the prescription from your U.S. physician.

The Canadian pharmacy will then fill your prescription using factory packaged and sealed prescription drugs and ship it to you by Express Canada Post. The Canadian pharmacy also will charge your credit card for the prescription drugs provided plus $12.95 for shipping.The Pharmacy will ship up to five prescriptions per package.There are no other charges.

The Canadian Physician
A Canadian physician reviews the information you send and, if everything is okay with the prescription issued by your licensed U.S. physician and information on the order form, the Canadian physician co-signs the prescription or issues a Canadian prescription.This prescription is then given to the Canadian pharmacy.

The Canadian Pharmacy

Generic Drugs
Our affiliated Canadian pharmacy will substitute U.S. approved generic drugs for brand name drugs if available unless your prescription says that no substitutions are allowed.If you don’t want any generic drug substitutions, please put NO in the column for generic drugs on the order form.

Shipping
There is a shipping charge of $12.95U.S. per package. The pharmacy ships up to five prescriptions per package.

Limitations
All prescriptions are limited to a maximum ninety (90) day supply.
The Canadian pharmacy will NOT fill prescriptions for narcotics or other controlled substances.

Your Doctor
To take better advantage of our inexpensive prescription drug service you may begin asking your physician to write a 3 month prescription for a 90 day supply.

Payment
To provide inexpensive prescription drugs, we try to provide service in the most cost effective way for the most people. We have limited our payment options to credit card only.

Privacy Policy

Seniors Medsource Inc. performs only an administrative review of materials and keeps on file only the name of the prescription drug, dosage and quantity as well as name, address etc. Except for this information, Seniors Medsource Inc. does not keep any medical or prescription information.

Disclaimer
Seniors Medsource Inc. provides administrative and marketing services for its affiliated Canadian pharmacy. In addition to its retail pharmacy business in British Columbia, Canada, the affiliated Canadian pharmacy is engaged in filling prescriptions written by U.S. physicians for individuals living in the United States, after review by a licensed Canadian physician. Any disputes regarding the dispensing, or other matters related to the processing and filling of the prescription shall be between the customer and the Canadian pharmacy whose name and address appears on the prescription.
